Last night we read the book The Wizard of Oz. Yes, we squeezed on the couch and read the entire book from start to finish. So today we started making a lapbook about it. We discussed the characters and the kids wrote down their favorite and least favorite characters and drew a picture. Then I had them give a little speech about why that is their favorite and least favorite. Joseph said "The Tinman is my favorite because he has an ax." Watch out Tim the tool man!
